• Industrial and Logistics Complexes (Full-Cycle Delivery): Delivered architectural Permit and Detailed CD packages for Patrushi (190,000 m²), Esipovo 5 (180,000 m²), Boyard (47,400 m²), and TURKOV (6,493 m²), resolving statutory comments to secure building permits. Authored Concept and municipal planning approval (Stage P) packages for Chervyaki (21,664 m²) and Irtyshsky (18,500 m²). Conducted on-site author supervision for Boyard and TURKOV.
• Construction Detailing and Building Envelopes: Authored technical construction details: aluminum stick curtain walls, insulated sandwich panel layouts, thermal expansion joints, topping slab floor interfaces, loading dock bays, and parapet waterproofing.
• Educational Campuses (Project Team Architect): Revit BIM modelling, floor plan development, and model QA for 2nd Pugachevskaya (9,900 m²), Novo-Peredelkino (~18,000 m²), and Luchi Kindergarten (~4,500 m²); coordinated interior atriums and sports facilities.
• BIM Coordination and Model QA: Conducted interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection with structural and MEP models in Revit; audited team models and trained architects on model hygiene.

• Workflow Automation Tools: Engineered Revit add-ins (WhyHidden, ModelGuard, WhatsChanged, Segments) used by me and KiPro colleagues to audit element visibility across 30+ criteria and track model synchronization changes.
• Architectural Delivery Impact: Accelerated model audits and enhanced documentation quality by resolving coordination and visibility conflicts prior to sheet issue. Platform: karomodum.com.

• Concept and Permit Design (Petrovo-Dalneye, 797 m²): Developed architectural concepts, spatial floor plans, presentation renders, and statutory permit documentation.
• Tectonic Envelope Design: Designed private villa envelopes combining split-face stone, vertical metal siding, timber elements, and panoramic triple glazing, coordinating design packages for client approval.

• Residential and Prefab Timber Structures: Developed layouts, timber roof and terrace canopy details for Hunters House; detailed prefabricated modular joints for 8x4 Housing.
• Site Planning and Solar Analysis: Prepared site layout drawings on sloping topography and performed solar insolation studies for Hunters House.

• Invento International School (11,000 m²): Concept, layouts, interiors and facade design (remote subcontract for Mimar Group); built 2021. Developed central library, amphitheatre, and solar-responsive envelope for the K-12 campus.
